As the Transportation Operations Manager, I have four main goals. First, to maintain a positive and flourishing work environment for all the trucking divisions staff by leading by example, showing them my gratitude, gratefulness, and respect, and working alongside them to establish a work environment that fosters great moral. Secondly, to serve our customers in a way that produces long-standing partnerships by providing the highest quality of performance, communication, and reliability. Next, to maintain a high level of safety for everyone, from our home base to job locations and everywhere in between. And lastly, to continually develop existing customer relationships as well as seeking new opportunities to progress in this industry that has become my way of life for the past 15 years.
